Chef T and Culinary Club members set up a Gingerbread display in the Main Office, stop by and see all the little details these Chefs put into their displays.
Last week, students in Mme. Abel's French classes created origami "sabots" so Saint Nicolas could leave them some treats to start off "la saison de Noël".

World Language students from the German, French, Latin and Spanish programs at Oakcrest recently visited the Christmas Village at Love Park in Philadelphia. It is modeled after the traditional German Christmas markets, and features many German specialties, Christmas decorations and international products.

Congratulations to November's Staff and Students of the month. You continue to show Oakcrest PRIDE.
While studying Hinduism, students from Ms. Wood's and Mr. Batten's World Cultures class practiced yoga with Mrs. Gaskill. They worked on destressing and staying focused while trimester 1 came to an end.
On Nov. 17th, a group of Oakcrest students attended Latino Visitation Day at Stockton University. Students enjoyed a tour of the campus and PAC, lunch, and dancing!

Oakcrest JROTC hosted six area teams from Army, Navy and Air Force JROTC units for a Youth Leadership Seminar sponsored by the Military Order of World Wars. Usually held in the Philadelphia area, bringing this to South Jersey marked another first for Oakcrest!
