
The Class of 2023 made magical memories on their senior trip to Walt Disney World last week.🐦💙🏰🧚 Students spent four days exploring Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, and Typhoon Lagoon.

Students had a moving experience at the Holocaust Museum, and also visited the Mall and Smithsonian Museums.






Students in Mr. Thomas' Digital Media magnet class spent the past month working on camera and interview skills in a variety of settings, including creating video and graphics content for a new district website and publicity campaign.





Mr. Olson and his dog Louie had a busy day on Thursday. They visited Joseph Shaner School for their morning bus arrival, then went to Oakcrest HS to visit guests for 'bring your child to work day', and ended the day hanging out with students at Pomona Preschool. They are 1 of 3 certified therapy dog teams at OHS!





Mr. Commander's student teacher, Ms. Nealis, finished up her experience earlier this month. All of our classes wish her the best as she continues her teaching journey!





Students in the REACH program have been busy in April during Zero period- doing art and SEL activities, meeting Penelope and Dani, flying drones with ROTC, and Kahooting! A huge SHOUT OUT to- Ms. Miller-Dobbins, Mr. Rock, Ms. DePalma, Lt Col Garcia, MSgt Murphy, and Mr. Adams! We appreciate you!





Chef Ingemi's classes took advantage of some nice weather





Cedar Creek hosted the annual Cape Atlantic Day of Dance! Oakcrest Dance Ensemble and the OHS Dance team enjoyed master classes and participated in a showcase with other dancers throughout the Cape Atlantic school districts. What an amazing day of dance!







Our annual Spring Dance Concert was a huge success! Students showcased what they have learned in jazz, lyrical, contemporary & hip hop. Many students presented original choreography. We recognized our graduating seniors & there was a special performance by The Oak Steppers!







Oakcrest Air Force JROTC cadets received awards from national organizations during the annual Awards Night ceremony. Representatives from several patriotic and civic groups came to honor our outstanding cadets with awards, medals and scholarships.






Congratulations to Cedar Creek HS on defeating Pennsville HS 3-2 and becoming the 29th Annual Al Hedelt Champions.
Great game by both teams. Thank you for all for another great tournament.

Oakcrest Culinary students visiting ACCC





Parsley, Basil and Dill! Growing some herbs in our greenhouse that will be used in an upcoming project between chemistry and culinary!


Members of Oakcrest's Lemon Club traveled to the Ronald McDonald House in Camden to play games with children who are receiving treatments at Cooper Hospital. Lively games of Uno, Memory Match and Spot it were played.


Oakcrest's very own therapy dog, Kona, shared her love at our sister school Cedar Creek for their Earth Day Fair!
